Try taking this anger/rage test, and see if you have an anger problem?  A Self-Assessment Test
will help you see how bad you anger is.  This test is not meant as a substitute for therapy.

Answer true or false to the following questions. Please be honest, not a "lip-service honest," but
fearlessly and searchingly honest. There is much to gain and you don't have to share the results
with anyone but yourself.

Scoring the Anger Self-Assessment Test. If you answered true to 10 or more of these questions,
you are prone to anger problems. It's time for a change. If you answered true to 5 questions, you
are about average in your angry feelings, but learning some anger management techniques can
make you happier.
