Now that your are abstaining from the 15 behaviors, and believing in what you are doing is right, by practicing the 20 behaviors to help you believe, it is time to learn to communicate again. Communication is a very important step in controlling your anger. Everyone has to learn to communicate, even angry people.
Now, the communication step is a hard step for most. Many individuals think this is a crazy step, and that it belittles the person. I want you to remember some of the reasons that you are visiting this website, and why you are reading this now. Ask yourself, is how I am communicating now helping me any? Can I use the same tones in my voice when talking? Do I need another way of communicating to be able to participate in my life, with out regrets of what I have said?
You are reading this website because your are always right, you are always trying to save the other person from making mistakes, and the list goes on. I hope you can understand my point. I will show you a few of the communication skills you will need to learn.
